Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information Airelm, LLC (“Airelm,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit airelm.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Orders: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you purchase.
• Account: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
• The Airelm List: your email address when you sign up for updates, early access and offers.
• Messages: anything you send us through our contact form or by email.

Payment information

Payments are handled by our third-party payment processors. Your full card number is sent directly to them in encrypted form and is never stored on our website.

Information collected automatically

When you browse our site, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website and general location. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To process, pour, ship and deliver your orders, and to send order and shipping updates
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support
• To send emails from the Airelm List, if you’ve signed up
• To run, secure and improve our website, and to prevent fraud

Email from us

If you join the Airelm List, we’ll send you emails about new scents, limited drops and members-only offers. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email. We’ll still send emails about orders you place.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their work, including:

• Payment processors, to handle payments securely
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your orders
• Website hosting, e-commerce and email service providers
• Analytics providers, to help us understand how our site is used

We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences, keep the site secure, and understand how visitors use our site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, like the cart and checkout, may not work properly without them.

How long we keep information

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. We keep your email on the Airelm List until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and similar state laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email haley@airelm.com. We’ll respond within the time required by law, and we may need to verify your identity first. We won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Children

Our site is not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
